Dashboard Metrics

Impressions:

    Impressions refer to the number of times the widget is displayed to store visitors. Each time a visitor views the game, it counts as one impression, regardless of whether they interact with it or not. However, while impressions are crucial for measuring exposure, they don’t necessarily equate to user engagement or conversions. It’s essential to balance impressions with other metrics like clicks, conversions, and engagement to get a complete picture of your content’s performance..

 

 

Total Signups:

    Total Signups represent the number of customers who have registered or created an account on a website. This metric tracks how many visitors successfully complete the signup process, offering valuable insights into how well the website converts traffic into registered users or subscribers. 

 

Signup Rate:

The Signup Rate refers to the percentage of website visitors who complete the signup process. It is calculated by dividing the number of signups by the total number of visitors and multiplying by 100 to get a percentage. Monitoring the signup rate helps businesses evaluate the efficiency of their marketing strategies and optimize conversion opportunities for better performance.

 

 

Conversion Rate:

The Conversion Rate is a metric that measures the percentage of visitors who have placed an order after signing up on the widget form. A higher conversion rate indicates that the widget is effectively turning visitors into registered users. This helps identify opportunities to improve user engagement and conversion strategies, ultimately boosting the success of signup campaigns.

 

Total Revenue:

Total Revenue represents the cumulative sales made by users who engaged with your store through the PlayApes Widget. It tracks purchases linked to widget-driven signups, helping measure the widget’s impact on sales.

 

 

Current Plan and Impressions tracking:

This block shows the current plan you are in and the amount of used impressions vs the total impressions for your current plan. 

In this screenshot, You are currently on the Lite plan, which provides limited features. By upgrading, you gain access to premium features that enhance your experience and help achieve your goals more effectively.

 

 

Upgrade:

If you’d like to access more features or enhance your experience, you can switch to a a higher plan by using the upgrade option. Upgrading unlocks additional benefits and advanced tools for better performance and functionality.

 

Checkout Plans:

In the dashboard, you’ll find a ‘Checkout Plans’ button. Clicking on it will take you to the ‘Plan’ page, where you can browse and select the features that best suit your needs. This page allows you to upgrade your plan. 

By default, on installing the playapes app, you will be on the free plan. If the Lite, Basic, or Premium plan is chosen, it will be activated, and the customer will be redirected to the Shopify billing page, meaning they will be taken to the Shopify admin for payment processing. This ensures that the selected paid plan is properly billed through Shopify.
